I recently stayed at this hotel for a week-long workshop and I was thoroughly impressed. the personalized service provided by the staff was exceptional. They truly went above and beyond to cater to the needs of our group. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was evident in the thematic rooms which were absolutely gorgeous. The design of the building, although not conventional, created a unique and beautiful space with plenty of sitting areas. Finally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to a nearby mall for shopping and eating. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

Close to the mall and the city center. Comfy beds and relatively clean rooms. The breakfast was pretty tasty.

The staff were not very welcoming or friendly. The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe, especially at night.

This hotel was perfect for my city trip! the location was amazing as it was situated near a shopping mall which had a variety of stores and restaurants to choose from. the hotel had an unconventional design which made it feel unique and the common areas were always clean and inviting. the staff were incredibly friendly and provided personalized service which made me feel valued as a guest.

it was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel as there were multiple doors and no clear signage to indicate which was the main entrance.

Close proximity to the Mall, beautiful building design, ample sitting space, breakfast dining area, helpful and happy staff.
